HashAlpha Tech Solutions

Redefining SAP technical engineering with intelligent automation: achieving superior accuracy, reduced effort, and uncompromising security in every integration, directly from the source.

HashAlpha builds and supports SAP landscapes — ABAP, BTP, Fiori, integration and S/4HANA conversion — and the AI that runs alongside them, whether that is SAP AI and Joule or models built for your specific problem. No layers between you and the engineers doing the work.

What we do

Five things make up most of our work. Everything in the second group exists because clients asked us for it while we were already inside their system.

SAP development

Custom development across the SAP technical stack — classic and OO ABAP, RAP and CAP, Fiori and UI5 apps, BTP extensions, workflow and forms. We write code that survives the next upgrade, partly because we are usually the ones who have to do that upgrade too.

  • ABAP / OO ABAP
  • RAP & CAP
  • Fiori / UI5
  • SAP BTP
  • Workflow

SAP integration

Connecting SAP to everything else — Integration Suite and CPI, PI and PO, OData and REST APIs, B2B and EDI flows, IDoc and proxy scenarios. Interfaces arrive with their error handling, retry logic and monitoring already built, not promised for a later phase.

  • Integration Suite / CPI
  • PI / PO
  • OData & REST
  • API management
  • B2B / EDI

AI and intelligent applications

We use SAP's own AI where it fits — Joule and AI Core — and build custom models where it does not. Document extraction, classification, forecasting and LLM-backed applications, wired into your SAP processes rather than parked beside them.

  • SAP AI & Joule
  • SAP AI Core
  • Custom ML models
  • LLM applications
  • Data pipelines

Application support and AMS

Ongoing support for SAP systems already in production — incident resolution, enhancements, and the small changes that never justify a project. Ticket-based, hourly, or a fixed monthly envelope, whichever matches how your finance team wants to buy it.

  • Incident resolution
  • Enhancements
  • Ticket-based
  • Fixed monthly

SAP upgrade and S/4HANA conversion

Custom code remediation, compatibility and simplification analysis, and the technical work of moving to S/4HANA. We tell you early which of your existing objects are worth keeping and which have been dead for three years, before you pay to convert them.

  • Custom code remediation
  • Compatibility analysis
  • Technical conversion
  • Regression support

We also do these, usually for clients we are already working with

Proof of concept

A time-boxed build to find out whether an idea works before it becomes a budget line. Fixed price or hourly, with a written result either way — including when the answer is no.

Project management

Technical project management for small and mid-sized projects where a full-time manager is not justified. You get the coordination and reporting without carrying the headcount.

Project review and audit

An independent technical read on a project already running, or on code delivered by someone else. Findings with evidence, ranked by impact, and recommendations that name an owner.

Corporate training

Structured training for in-house teams on SAP technical subjects and applied AI, built around your systems and naming conventions rather than a generic course deck.

Product co-development

We build SAP-based products together with clients and partners, working as the technical team behind a product that carries their name.

Pre-sales support

For products we have helped build, we support the technical side of selling them — demos, architecture conversations and proof-of-concept builds for prospective buyers.

Capability in detail

Two stacks, one team. Most of our work sits in the SAP column; the AI column is what we add when a process needs judgement rather than rules.

SAP technical

Our core: development, integration, and the technical side of upgrades.

Development
Classic ABAP, OO ABAP, ABAP on HANA, CDS views, AMDP, RAP and CAP, BAdIs and enhancement frameworks.
User experience
Fiori elements and freestyle UI5 applications, launchpad configuration, mobile-capable SAP interfaces.
Platform
SAP BTP side-by-side extensions, Cloud Foundry and Kyma runtimes, destination and connectivity services.
Integration
SAP Integration Suite and CPI, PI and PO, OData and REST services, API management, B2B and EDI, IDoc and proxy scenarios.
Transition
S/4HANA conversion support, custom code remediation, simplification item analysis, regression testing support.
Supporting
Workflow and Flexible Workflow, Adobe and Smart Forms, authorisation work in support of development, transport management.

AI and data

SAP's AI where it fits your case, custom models where it does not.

SAP AI
Joule enablement and extension, SAP AI Core and AI Launchpad, embedded AI scenarios within standard SAP processes.
Custom models
Classification, forecasting, anomaly detection and recommendation models trained on your own data for your own process.
LLM applications
Retrieval-backed assistants over business documents, structured extraction from unstructured input, agent workflows with human approval steps.
Document intelligence
Invoice, order and contract extraction feeding straight into SAP transactions rather than into a spreadsheet.
Data engineering
Pipelines into and out of SAP, data quality checks, and the plumbing that makes a model usable in production.
Operating it
Model monitoring, retraining triggers, and a written position on where a human stays in the loop.

How we engage

We price the way the work actually behaves. If the scope can be pinned down we will fix it; if it cannot, we will say so rather than pad a fixed price to cover the uncertainty.

Commercial models, and when each one is the honest choice.
ModelBest whenTypically used for
Fixed price Scope and acceptance criteria can be written down before work starts. Defined development, proof of concept, conversion work with a known object list.
Hourly / time and material Scope will move, or you want to steer priorities week by week. Exploratory development, AI work, upgrades where the object list is still being assessed.
Ticket-based Volume is unpredictable but individual items are small. Application support, incident resolution, minor enhancements.
Fixed monthly envelope You want predictable cost and reserved capacity. Ongoing support, retained development capacity, long-running product work.

How an engagement starts

  1. 1

    Technical call

Thirty minutes with an engineer rather than a salesperson, to understand the system and the problem. No charge.

  2. 2

    Mutual NDA

Signed before we discuss your landscape, data or commercials. Your paper or ours, whichever your legal team prefers.

  3. 3

    Written proposal

Scope, approach, assumptions, team, timeline, and the commercial model we think fits — with our reasoning for choosing it.

  4. 4

    Contract and start

Master agreement plus a statement of work per project, then an agreed reporting rhythm from week one.

Who we work with

We work with a small number of organisations at a time, and we would rather describe them as partners than as accounts. In practice that means they tell us when something is not working, we tell them when a request is a bad idea, and neither side treats the contract as the main instrument of the relationship.

It also means we say no to work we are not the right people for. A team that takes everything is a team that is about to disappoint someone.

If you would like to speak to someone we work with before committing, ask — we will arrange it once they have agreed.

How we run the work

Working with a team in another country only goes wrong in predictable ways. These are the habits that prevent it.

Written by default

Decisions are recorded where you can find them later. Nothing important lives only in someone's memory of a call.

Direct engineer access

You talk to the people writing the code. We do not insert a coordinator whose job is to relay questions.

Bad news travels fast

If something is slipping you hear it while it is still correctable, not in the status report before go-live.

Your standards, not ours

We work inside your naming conventions, transport process and review gates. Our preferences are not a reason to change yours.

Documentation as delivery

Technical documentation ships with the code, not after it. An object your team cannot maintain is not finished.

Overlapping hours

Our working day overlaps meaningfully with European and US East Coast hours, so questions get answered the same day.

About HashAlpha

HashAlpha Tech Solutions Private Limited is a company registered in India and based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We are a technical team — SAP developers and integration engineers, working alongside people who build AI systems.

We are deliberately small, and we intend to stay small enough that the person who scoped your work is the person who delivers it. That is a real constraint: we can only take on a limited number of engagements at a time. It is also the reason our clients get answers from someone who has actually opened the system.

We will tell you when a scope is wrong, when a deadline is not achievable, or when the thing you have asked for is not the thing that solves your problem. Some clients find that uncomfortable. The ones who stay with us do not.

Most of the organisations we work with are outside India, which shapes how we operate: English as the working and contracting language, written communication as the default, and a day that overlaps with both European and US East Coast hours.

How we handle your systems and data

If you are giving a team in another country access to your SAP landscape, these are the questions your security and legal people will ask. Our answers are here rather than buried in a questionnaire.

  • Confidentiality before scopeA mutual NDA is signed before we discuss your landscape, data or commercials. We are equally willing to sign your paper or provide ours.
  • Least-privilege system accessDevelopers get the narrowest SAP authorisations that let them do the work, in the clients they need, for the duration of the work. Access is revoked at the end, and changes are logged.
  • Production data stays where it belongsWe work in your development and quality systems against masked or representative data. Where production access is unavoidable it happens inside your environment, not by copying data into ours.
  • Cross-border transfersWhere we process personal data of individuals in the EU or UK we contract on standard contractual clauses, and support your obligations as a processor including records of processing and breach notification timelines.
  • Your code is yoursEverything we build for you is assigned to you on delivery, stated explicitly in the contract. We do not reuse client-specific code, data or trained models across engagements.
  • Exit without hostage-takingDocumentation, transports, credentials and source are handed over on termination for any reason, within a period written into the contract. Leaving should be a process, not a negotiation.

Talk to us

Tell us what system you are on and what you are trying to do. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it — including when the answer is no.
